ADC*E High Potentials 2025

Disseny Hub Barcelona is hosting the 8th edition of ADCE’s High Potentials programme, the ultimate firework of creative European talent.

The High Potentials Programme is an exciting talent scouting event designed by Art Directors Club of Europe (ADC*E) which showcases a selection of the most talented European young creatives, while at the same time it invites agencies and design studios that are looking for fresh and diverse new talents.

A unique opportunity to identify and secure the creative minds that will shape the future of the creative industry.

Two days filled with inspiration, networking, and discovery:

Day 1: Young creatives showcase their best work to top European agencies, followed by an exclusive networking event.
Day 2: A dynamic speed-dating session connects talent with industry leaders.
