Document Loans

Free service with the presentation of your Design Library and Archive card.

You may borrow up to 7 documents (books and magazines) at the same time.

Documents can be loaned for 28 days and can be renewable 2 times.

Before the deadline, you can renew your loan if the documents have not been reserved by another person. You can request extensions, in person at the information desk, by phone at 93 256 68 30 or by e-mail at dhub.biblioarxiu@bcn.cat

All items in the Reading room are available for loan, with the exception of:

• All works that are part of the heritage reserves at the Documentation Center.
• Reference books (encyclopedias, dictionaries, annuals, etc.).
• Last issue of Magazines and issues published before current year.

The Design Library and Archive staff reserve the right to deny the loan of documents as they deem justifiable.
