Practical information
To ensure the good functioning of the Disseny Hub Barcelona, general wellbeing, respect and correct behaviour, as well as to protect the heritage that is conserved on this site, the DHUb management, in accordance with general current legislation and the municipal regulations established by Barcelona City Council, has established a series of basic rules that should be followed during the visit.
Admission tickets
Please keep your ticket about your person throughout your visit.
Many of these rules are reproduced on the back of the exhibition ticket, purchase of which indicates full acceptance of all rules and regulations at the DHub site.
Visits with minors
Minors under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Group leaders
Group leaders are responsible for all members of their parties.
Closure of ticket offices
Tickets to exhibitions may be purchased until 30 minutes before closing time.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available in the DHub lobby, the Documentation Centre, the auditorium, the permanent and temporary exhibition rooms, and the education workshops.
Lockers
Use of the lockers is free of charge. The DHub accepts no liability for objects left in lockers and reserves the right to decide what may be left in them.
Visitors are forbidden to enter the DHub using any form of wheeled transport, including bicycles, skateboards, skates or any form of electric transport (which should be left in the lockers), except as necessary for persons with reduced mobility.
Defibrillator
A defibrillator is available on the ground floor. In case of need, please alert information staff.
Photographs and recording
Visitors may take photographs without flash and make film recordings for personal use in the exhibition rooms. The use of tripods is forbidden.

Mobile phones
Please turn all mobiles phones to silent and speak in a quiet voice.
Access with pets and animals
With the exception of guide dogs, no animals are admitted to the building.
Food and drink
Eating and drinking is forbidden in the exhibition rooms.
Behaviour
To prevent accidents and annoyance to other visitors, running and shouting in the exhibition rooms is forbidden.
In order to safeguard and conserve our heritage, visitors are not permitted to touch the objects on show or to stand on the plinths used to exhibit them.
Evacuation
In case of evacuation, visitors should follow the instructions given by DHub staff.
