Is there such a thing as a digital self? Beyond posing a metaphysical question, this work puts it in front of us as an answer; each creation, each algorithmic character, reflects how the person in front of it moves. This work is a design that starts from 47,000 possible variations and is perfectly adjusted to the personality, improvisation and unique components of each person interacting with the piece. Who is more you?

Universal Everything is an international media art and design collective established in 2004 in Sheffield, UK. Using emerging display technologies as their canvas, they explore human behaviours such as evolution, parades, crowd dynamics and nature’s diversity.
